Anne Manschot

Anne Manschot is Head of Enact the Netherlands and a senior advisor at Enact. She is based in Amsterdam. She has focused her career on sustainability, specifically looking at supply chain management and labour rights. Prior to joining Enact, she supported businesses in food, non-food and retail sectors with their sustainability challenges in their value chains.

At Enact, she helps clients implement their human rights and environmental due diligence. Her projects include risk analysis, gap analysis, engagement sessions, updating and implementation of strategies and monitoring efforts, human rights impact assessments and ‘beyond audit’ assignments.

Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in European studies and a Master’s degree in Media and International Conflict Studies. In 2018, she graduated with honours from the Erasmus university in Rotterdam, where she researched the effectiveness of social compliance auditing. Anne is a leading expert on the ‘beyond social compliance’ discussion, defining ways to better manage our supplier relations and value chain impacts. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer, has worked and studied in multiple countries and speaks Dutch, German, English, Spanish and French fluently.
