Enact has trained thousands of people over the years and we are proud to say that our trainings and workshops are given high rates by our participants. We are aiming to become even better, which is why this position plays a key role in our future success. At Enact, many of our advisors educate our clients in different kinds of training or are part of our training programs to share their areas of expertise, but this position will be the center focus point for where the coordination of all programs and training courses takes place. The content in our different programs and courses will involve our experts at Enact to ensure we always deliver the latest in our training. This position is based in our Stockholm city office.
You will be working both in teams and independently. You will be engaged in product and service development, making sure that our clients get the best possible solution proposed and delivered, and that our offers and product portfolio are up to speed with the latest developments on the international sustainability agenda. You will take part in identifying and developing sales opportunities as well as leading and executing projects of various sizes. As part of the job, you may also be engaged in internal as well as managerial tasks beyond the clients and projects you are engaged with, for example managing one of our client networks or developing and doing trainings for both smaller and larger groups.
Your profile:
- You are knowledgeable and have relevant experience from working with sustainable businesses, both from an operational as well as a strategic perspective.
- You have a solution-driven and positive mindset; you are good at time management, and you enjoy working in teams.
- You are self-driven and curious, you have a well-developed sense of urgency and a proven ability to understand clients’ needs, also in complex contexts, and to develop your initiatives.
- You are operational and like to get things done with style and you have a well-calibrated ethical compass.
- You are a service-minded people-person who enjoys interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
- You have full professional proficiency in English and Swedish, preferably also in additional languages.
- You are already today a great facilitator and trainer, with relevant background and experience from working with preferable sustainability training.
- You are good at project- and customer management with an ability to quickly understand customers’ needs and come up with solutions how to best fulfil them.
- You think strategically, find new opportunities, and can make them happen. To develop Enact’s position on the sustainability training market together with Enact´s management team is going to be part of your job.
- You are curious and enjoy learning new things and sharing your knowledge and ideas with others.
- You are hungry to develop your skills as a trainer and to pass on your experience by facilitating training following a “train-the-trainer-concept”.
