At Enact, we meet hundreds of course participants every year. Many have long experience in leading sustainability reporting, but just as many have just begun the work. In our courses it has become apparent that many miss a place where they can start from scratch and explore issues with others in the same situation. Therefore, Enact has developed a course to support you who want to start, or recently has started, a strategic sustainability work.

In half a day, we go through the fundamental steps towards a first sustainability report, and the implementation of a strategic work process. Within a few intense hours we help you to start identifying your organisation’s most important sustainability issues by analysing your value chain and by mapping your stakeholders. We look into frameworks that can be useful in your work, but most of all we work in a practical manner with exercises that you can use after the course. The course ends with a lunch for those who wish to stay, where we are available to answer questions. Then you are ready to start the work on home ground!

The course is for:

  • You who want to start a sustainability work
  • Companies that want to sustainability report for the first time
  • The colleagues who have supporting functions in sustainability work
  • Companies affected by the new Swedish sustainability legislation
  • All who are curious about the basics of strategic sustainability work

Previous course participants who have attended similar courses have been especially pleased with the concrete tips and methods to develop a sustainability report. Other advantages of the course, as expressed by previous participants, is that the course gives a good overview, an idea of what to focus on, and illustrative and clear examples.

The course will be held in Swedish.
