Ulla Roiha is a Senior Consultant at Enact, based in Finland.  She has worked with sustainability in various expert and leadership positions for over 15 years, both in Finland and abroad.

Ulla joined Enact from the consulting company 4FRONT where she focused on sustainability evaluations and impact assessments. She  also conducted  multiple studies around ESG issues and facilicated several startegy and programme design processes. Earlier in her career she has worked for the largest Nordic sustainability network FIBS, where she was responsible for operations and services. She  worked for instance extensively to develop companies’ capabilities and know-how on human rights. Ulla has also conducted research on private sector engagement for development with UNICEF Finland, set up Finnish SME’s India operations, and consulted  Finnish companies in Indian market with Business Finland.

Ulla has vast experience from working with topics like human rights, diversity & inclusion, Agenda2030, sustainability integration, and reporting. She is an experienced project manager, facilitator, and trainer.
