Naomi is a consultant and project manager at Enact, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She has extensive experience supporting public sector actors and SMEs in implementing responsible business conduct and human rights due diligence. She has worked with complex and politically sensitive contexts, advising on OECD Guidelines, upcoming EU legislation and the practical integration of due diligence systems, including living wage implementation and EUDR developments.

Naomi has worked closely with Dutch companies operating in the Middle East, particularly in Qatar, focusing on labour rights, labour migration and ethical recruitment practices within the hospitality, construction and facility management sectors. She has experience from both the public and private sectors, including the Netherlands Enterprise Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she supported the development of due diligence systems in global supply chains and the implementation of living wage policies for externally hired staff. Through this work, she has developed strong expertise in change management in complex organisations.

Naomi holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Human Geography.
