Karin is a senior advisor at Enact. She helps clients navigate the realm of supply chain risk management, labour rights and human rights. She has over 10 years’ experience in creating sourcing and sustainability due diligence strategies, reporting on results and implementing policies and processes.

Karin has worked within a wide range of sectors, ranging from heavy machinery, construction and food to textiles and furniture. She has also extensive experience in working with FPIC and indigenous people’s rights in the Nordics. Her strengths lie in dismantling lower tier supply chains and bringing forth new processes for promoting human rights and labour rights.

Prior to working as a consultant, Karin has been responsible for ethical trading and sustainability for a number of fashion brands. She has regularly travelled to production locations, mainly in South East Asia. When living in the UK, she has worked closely with The Ethical Trading Initiative and managed the implementation of The UK Modern Slavery Act for her previous employer.

Karin has a LLB with honors Laws and Social Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh.
