Johanna Gulliksen is a consultant and project manager at Enact, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Johanna works with Advisory services, supporting clients on their sustainability journeys. She is also involved in Labs projects at Enact, such as holding trainings on for example the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. She has recently completed her M.Sc. from Stockholm Resilience Center, where her studies focused on environmental psychology and behavioural aspects of sustainability transformations. She also has an academic background in political science, international development studies and psychology.

Johanna is a skilled project manager, and has experience working with sustainability in the service sector. In 2020, she wrote a sustainability report for the restaurant group Svenska Brasserier, reviewing and revising the social and ecological sustainability work at the restaurants. This included performing stakeholder dialogues and interviews. Johanna has also worked with sustainability coaching and revision according to the ISO14001 standard for Nordic Choice Hotels. In parallell, she was the project manager leading and mentoring 30 aspiring sustainability coaches in Sweden and Denmark, supporting them in succeeding in their roles. The role also included event planning, advertising and recruitment responsibilities.
