Ellinoora is a social sustainability and human rights specialist with nearly two decades of experience advancing workers’ rights, social justice and responsible business practices across civil society, trade unions and international cooperation settings. She has extensive expertise in human rights due diligence, stakeholder engagement, CSR strategy development and strengthening labour rights in global value chains. Ellinoora also brings specialized expertise in facilitation, training and communications, with a strong track record of designing and implementing advocacy campaigns and capacity building programmes.

Ellinooras work has centred on promoting the ILO fundamental principles at work, improving labour conditions globally and building strong partnerships between civil society, trade unions and companies. She has practical experience in on-site labour inspections and stakeholder interviews. Her background combining labour rights, social impact, stakeholder engagement, and social sustainability provides a solid foundation for supporting clients in building robust human rights due diligence processes, strengthening responsible sourcing and integrating social sustainability into business strategy.
