Sergio Pengel

Sergio Pengel is a consultant at Enact, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. With a background in anthropology, he has  long-standing experience in navigating complex stakeholder relations with the intent of enabling change. Sergio has developed and held leadership sessions with the purpose of bringing together organisational change.

He is very skilled in uncovering learning and development needs within an organisation, and facilitating change processes through training and coaching. Finding out how people’s decision-making is influenced by their environment is key in uncovering developmental needs and for providing greater competency. Every experience is meant to meet people where they are and to bring them to where they need to be at a pace that is right.

Sergio has designed, implemented and facilitated learning programmes for multinationals such as Takeaway.com, DHL Parcel and bol.com, as well as governmental organisations and educational institutes like TU Delft.
