Martha is a project manager and consultant within the area of corporate sustainability, responsible business, and human rights.

As part of the Human Rights and Business Practice Group, she is leading projects for Nordic and international companies on risk screening, human rights due diligence, human rights impact assessment, gap analysis, benchmarks, and policy review. She has extensive knowledge of international frameworks and standards including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational enterprises, IFC Performance standards, ILO Core Conventions.

As part of Advisory services, Martha supports Nordic and international companies with sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, supply chain management, and business ethics. She works with standards and frameworks including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Global Compact.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable development from Uppsala University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human geography.  Martha is a skilled visual communicator, workshop facilitator, subject-matter presenter, and writer.
