Lisa Osbäck

Lisa is a Senior Advisor at Enact where she focuses on complex markets. She spent the recent 6 years in the transport industry, establishing strategic and operative approaches to social sustainability and human rights in global companies in Sweden, Germany, Brazil and the US.

Lisa has been driving the implementation of due diligence across functions, leading change management, setting up governance structures and advising on practical solutions to account for principled but pragmatic solutions in complex supply chains. She has experience from tackling human rights topics in connection to geopolitical analysis, and adressing conflicting requirements in global value chains.

Before this, Lisa worked 10 years in the nexus of private sector and development, with a particular focus on complex markets. She has supported companies to work together with peers and a large variety of stakeholders including civil society partners to find solutions and create real impact. She is experienced in driving change in dialogue with management and decision makers, and is an experienced project manager.

Lisa has a Master of Political Sciences and Economics from Uppsala University.
