Li Xiao is a senior advisor at Enact and leads the Enact office in Shanghai, China. In this role, he has been involved in various client projects, including companies such as LKAB and Volvo Cars. In 2013 and 2014 Li Xiao conducted multiple interactive sessions and facilitated four sustainability training programs for MOFCOM and two modules in a training program for SASAC and Central state-owned enterprises. Li Xiao has s seventeen years of experience working for US, European and Indian multinationals in Asia, and has a good understanding of Human Rights contexts in both western countries and Asia. Li Xiao has extensive experience working with different stakeholders for manufacturing companies in Asia.
As a senior consultant at Lancaster Holdings Li Xiao has led the establishment of over twenty foreign businesses in China and has seventeen years of experience working for US, European and Indian multinationals. Prior to joining Lancaster, Li Xiao was responsible for the manufacturing operations and management of commercial operations for WIPRO Hydraulics China.
Li Xiao has a BA from East China University of Science and Technology and a diploma from the Swedish Institute Management Program with a focus on sustainable business and responsible leadership.
