Kerstin Pettersson

Kerstin is a senior advisor at Enact. She has a background as a Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations and Sustainability leader, with experience from building, transforming, and managing global organizations. For over 20 years, she has worked with business and people development, sustainability, and responsible sourcing/CSR as well as change management and implementation. She has a deep understanding of business and operations in an international environment and, by having lived and worked in Asia for more than 10 years, she knows what impact a well implemented sustainability strategy has on people, products, and the environment.

Before joining Enact, Kerstin worked at Telia as Business Partner where she supported the B2B business on questions related to Sourcing, Trade Compliance and Sustainability. She was also the Head of Sustainability Sourcing, heading a team of Due Diligence Officers and Auditors. Prior to Telia, Kerstin worked for Oregon Tools in Germany and China as well as DeLaval in China, where she built up and managed supply chain and sourcing offices / trading companies.

Kerstin has a Master Degree in Business Economics from the University of Uppsala.
