Karin Iseman

Karin is a project manager and consultant at Enact. As a consultant she helps clients navigate the realm of sustainable business, supply chain risk management and human rights. She has experience in creating sourcing and sustainability strategies, reporting on results and implementing policies and processes.

Karin has worked with a wide range of sectors, ranging from food and construction to IT, textiles and furniture. Her focus has primarily been on worker welfare within supply chains. Her strengths lie in dismantling lower tier supply chains and bringing forth new processes for managing due diligence.

Prior to working as a consultant, Karin has been responsible for ethical trading and sustainability in a number of fashion brands. She has regularly travelled to production locations, mainly in South East Asia. When living in the UK, she has worked closely with The Ethical Trading Initiative and managed the implementation of The UK Modern Slavery Act for her previous employer.

Karin has a LLB with honors Laws and Social Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh.
