Due diligence is a capability, not a one-off exercise. Understanding where impacts occur, prioritising based on severity and risk, responding proportionately, and embedding all of this into everyday decisions.
A capability built through practice, not a policy update
Most companies we work with already have policies, supplier requirements and risk frameworks in place. That’s rarely the problem. The real question is whether it leads to decisions that catch harm early, like a worker not being paid fairly or a river polluted downstream, and actually change it.
Getting there takes more than knowing what the CSDDD requires. It takes a working method, and a method only becomes a capability through practice, not through reading about it once.
What the course covers
Enact’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Course runs across four live sessions, from legal foundations and how the CSDDD connects to other EU legislation, through governance and impact identification, to moving from impact to action and using leverage effectively, and finally stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms and remedy.
The course combines international good practice with practical insights and implementation examples, drawing on real cases, including complex contexts, from Enact’s work across sectors and geographies. It is built around the CSDDD, but the capability it teaches holds value for any organisation strengthening how it operates responsibly, whether or not the CSDDD applies to them directly.
