Enact is very happy to welcome Magnus Enell as a new member of our team. Prior to joining Enact Magnus worked with Sustainability at Vattenfall AB and he will now divide his time between Enact and the assignment as an adjunct professor in the Department of Industrial Ecology at KTH.

At Enact Magnus will work as a strategic advisor in projects for multinational companies in and outside of Sweden. He will also function as trainer in the many training programs Enact offers. Magnus recently participated as a lecturer in management training for 14 of the largest state-owned Chinese companies. This training, which takes place as part of the cooperation between Sweden and China, has Enact engaged as a knowledge partner.

Magnus Enell has been working within the environmental area since the beginning of the 70s, and with the sustainability concept since the mid-90. In 1995 he was appointed Corporate Manager Environment at ITT Industries/ITT Flygt. Already after two years (1997) he was promoted to Corporate Manager Sustainability. In 2003, Magnus launched his own consultancy company Enell Sustainable Business AB, with the focus to help organizations within sustainability management and strategies, performance monitoring and goal settings, and internal and external communication. Between the years 1997-2001 he was a member of the Advisory Council at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), until 2001, after which he was a member of the Stakeholder Council at GRI until 2008.
