Enact in Rwanda for the second module of SIMP Africa

Enact’s Mattias Iweborg and Ruben Brunsveld is currently in Rwanda for the second and last module of the Swedish Institute Management Programme (SIMP) for Africa. The participants of the programme are outstanding young business leaders from five countries in Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Zambia) working in different industries. The aim of the programme is to increase the participants knowledge about doing business in a sustainable and responsible way. Topics include for example the environment and climate, gender equality, diversity, human rights and corruption. The programme also aim to build relationships between companies in Sweden and the participating countries.

Enact is supporting the Swedish Institute in this programme as process leader during the training. Several members of the Enact team also hold lectures during the programme, coach the participants in their project work and organise company visits. Besides the work with SIMP Africa, Enact is also supporting the Swedish Institute in their management programme for Asia and Northern Europe.
