Enact’s Mattias Iweborg and Ruben Brunsveld were recently in China for the second and last module of the Swedish Institute Management Programme (SIMP). The participants of the programme were outstanding young business leaders from China working in different industries. The aim of the program was to increase their knowledge about doing business in a sustainable and responsible way. Topics included the environment and climate, gender equality, diversity, human rights and corruption. The program also aimed to build relationships between companies in Sweden and the participating countries.

Enact was supporting the Swedish Institute in this programme as process leader during the training. Several members of the Enact team also held lectures during the programme, coached the participants in their project work and organised company visits. Besides the work with SIMP China, Enact is also supporting the Swedish Institute in their management programme for Africa and Northern Europe.

Is your company interested in hosting a group of participants from one of the programmes in which Enact is supporting the Swedish Institute? For more information, please contact::
