The Swedish Institute Management Programme for Northern Europe is happening now in Vilnius, Lithuania 16-20 November
Enact’s Ruben Brunsveld, Mattias Iweborg and Martha Mancheva are on the ground running the Swedish Institute Management Programme for Northern Europe (SIMP NE) in the beautiful city of Vilnius in Lithuania. 23 high-profile individuals from seven countries are participating in a very intense second module of this year’s SIMP NE. After an energizing first day of reflections, exercises, team building activities, inspiring talks and a mingle-style dinner under a glass roof, the team is now in its second day. The day is packed with great lectures from prominent Lithuanian speakers and will finish off with a mingle under the theme “Leadership for sustainability” at the Swedish Embassy hosted by Ambassador Cecilia Ruthström-Ruin.
The SIMP programmes in Northern Europe, Asia, India and Africa have been running since 2008 and engage progressive and open-minded leaders in their mid-career between the age of 25 and 45. Participants are trained to broaden their management skills and holistic approach to business. All participants are rigorously selected and serve leading position within trade, industry or the public sector. The programmes’ main purpose is to promote leadership for sustainability, responsible business practices, innovation and a continuously growing global network of like-minded people.
