Changing times for corporate in-house lawyers

On Monday, May 16th, Enact is hosting a seminar on the changing role of in-house corporate lawyers in light of new global human rights requirements. This seminar is a part of the spring meeting for The Swedish Network for Business and Human Rights. During the seminar, Enact is featuring world leading expert on the topic. John Sherman, Senior Fellow at CSRI Harvard University and General Counsel at Shift, will speak about legal risk pertaining to failing conducting human rights due diligence. Thomas Trier, Danish Barrister and Human Rights Lawyer, will speak about how to link corporate corruption and anti-bribery compliance programs with human rights compliance programs.
