Erika Eriksson is a project manager, advisor and researcher at Enact and specialises in business and human rights. She has worked extensively with supporting companies in evaluating, due diligence as well as improving their work on business and human rights. Erika is also involved in reporting projects supporting companies with their sustainability reporting processes and strategy.

Before joining Enact, Erika worked for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Sweden) as Policy Manager. Where she focused on issues such as Corporate Responsibility, anti-corruption, environment, and energy. In her role as Policy Manager at ICC, she also assisted the UN Global Compact Nordic Network.

Furthermore, Erika has a background in civil society organisations such as Amnesty International but also has experience from working directly with companies on sustainable business. She has expertise in social sustainability and sustainable development.

Erika holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Linnaeus University and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University.
