For a company, the mutual dependence is most obvious when it comes to responsibility and trust. A company does not define its responsibility itself. Activities which are regarded as irresponsible will damage the company regardless of whether they actually are so or not. In the same way, responsible activities can strengthen the brand.

Companies that build positive relations with the surrounding world through regular and systematic dialogue with organisations, customers, owners, co-workers, authorities and other stakeholders can develop and increase their capacity to deal with social and environmental challenges, while maintaining or even increasing profitability.

We assist our clients in their work to develop their relations with the surrounding world. On a strategic level, it is about analysing, identifying and valuing the company’s stakeholder relations and ways to deal with these. On a more practical level, it is about developing plans and tools, as well as participating in and facilitating contacts and meetings with stakeholders.
