Mattias Iweborg

Mattias Iweborg is the Managing Director of Enact and was one of the two founders of the consultancy in 2004.

Between 2000 and 2004 he was the Managing Director of RespectEurope, responsible for establishing the company.

Mattias has worked with and for the management teams of a number of multinational companies, international organisations and UN units. He has been the initiator of several global initiatives focusing on climate, human rights and diversity. He has also been consulted as a government expert in the process Progressive Governance.

Mattias has previously had a leading role in organisations such as the Swedish Red Cross, the Swedish Red Cross Youth, the National Council of Swedish Youth Organisations and the Swedish Conscripts' Council. He was also one of the initiators of Youth Against Racism in Sweden. Mattias is very experienced lecturer, facilitator and trainer in areas such as sustainable business strategies, diversity and discrimination.
